Manuscripts should conform to the printed format of this journal and should normally be between 3,000 and 10,000 words in length. Everything, including endnotes, should be double-spaced. Three clearly legible copies are required; three hard copies of a one hundred word abstract must accompany the manuscript. Submissions that are sent to referees will be subject to blind review. The journal prefers to receive submissions prepared so that their authors are identified only on a separate cover sheet. Contributors should retain copies of their manuscripts for checking proofs. Manuscripts will not be returned. Authors will receive two free copies of the journal in which their articles appear. Offprints may be ordered at the time proofs are checked.
